"Chet" is an "ol' timey walkin' hoss" gelding sculpted in memory of one of my favorite musicians, legendary guitar player Chet Atkins. In sculpting this piece I relied on photos taken in the 1930s and 1940s of foundation line Walkers.

This sculpture stands 6" tall at his eartips, 8.25" long nose to tail. "Chet" will be released in a limited edition of 50 unpainted resins total. An additional 10 pieces will be cast and saved for painting by the sculpting artist, Lynn Fraley.

Phase One of 25 resins sold out in October of 2003. Phase Two, 20 resins, sold out in May 2005.
(The remaining five, yet to be cast, will be sold at live events or otherwise sold at a later date.)
