What a feisty girl! Perhaps there's a big ol' horsefly biting her in a tender place. Or; a cinch that pinches, an irritating little yipper at her heels, a zealous suitor, or any number of things that just add up to a bad day...

Collectors will decide her motivation with all the wonderful scenarios I know you'll come up with!

Sadie is not strictly breed-specific, she can sport a full range of colors and patterns.

This is a small "traditional" scale piece, hollow cast in polyurethane resin by BearCast Molding and Casting. She has wire reinforcements in her legs.

This reproduction of an original, copyright protected sculpture is sold with the intent of being only painted by the purchaser or a painter designated by the purchaser.

The sculpting artist,
Lynn A. Fraley, retains all reproduction rights and the sole right to make sculptural alterations (beyond prepping to paint) to this piece, a federal right protected by the United States 1990 Visual Artists Rights Act.

For Sadie Shoofly, the artist also grants purchasers the right to sculpturally modify the mane and tail.

Another right guaranteed artists under this federal law is that of proper attribution, simply put, to be given credit where credit is due. The painter should add her/his own signature to the piece to fully document the work and protect its value. Please do not fill in or obliterate the sculpting artist's signature and copyright notice on the underside of this piece.
