From 1997 to 2000 Lynn Fraley and Thomas Bainbridge worked collaboratively to offer collectors a unique selection of model horses.  These pieces which have taken the show ring by storm. Though an average of 60 models are cast for the edition, each one is hand painted and no two have the same color or markings!  

Each model is sold finished and ready to show; not with the intent that they be further customized by another artist.

Raakid
An Arabian stallion of Saglawi type offered as a limited edition of 60. The first 30, Phase I of sales, *sold out* in a matter of weeks in 1998.  Five were retained by the sculpting artist.  Two were painted by Lynn (shown) and sold at auction in 1998.  A third was painted and sold in the spring of 2001.

Sovran
A lovely TB or WB type of horse with a willing attitude.
The pieces shown were artist's copies, four of only five provided to Lynn. Each had some degree of customization, and have since gone to private collections. The fifth will remain in the Laf'n Bear archive.

Koko
A traditional scale draft horse broodmare with such a soulful expression.  The dappled grey piece was sold through the NAMHSA 1999 benefit auction, the black sabino was sold in 2001.
