Payment Methods
We prefer PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover card. Personal checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks will be accepted, made out to Laf'n Bear LLC, but, they must clear your bank before a piece is shipped.

You may make your purchase with a credit card through PayPal. Credit card orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the card used.  The sale will be voided if credit card information and billing address cannot be verified.

Laf'n Bear LLC reserves the right to sell the piece to another person privately or offer it at auction if at least an initial payment is not received within five (5) business days of the sale.   

Time Payment Policy
Time Payments may be negotiated prior to a sale on a case-by-case basis ONLY. These are our general conditions:

  • To hold a model, an initial payment of not less than 50% of the full price is required.

  • The balance is to be paid within 30 days.

  • In the event of default in payments, the initial payment will NOT be refunded.  A model will be shipped when it is 100% paid in full.

Shipping
Unless otherwise specified purchases over $250.00 will be shipped at no extra cost to you within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. International or special shipping services, such as overnight, are available if requested in writing. You will be billed for the full special service you have requested.  Failure to pay any special shipping charges will result in your name being dropped from my customer lists.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
There will be a ten-day inspection period during which if you are not completely satisfied with your new model, you will be able to return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges.  The piece must be returned in good condition; shipped back to the shipper with the same high level of care in packing and handling which it was given in shipment to you.  In addition, a written statement must accompany it explaining why you are not satisfied with the piece. The policy is void if the model is shown, resold, damaged or altered in any way within this period.

Copyright Transfer Policy
I the artist, Lynn A. Fraley, provide to the buyer a limited, non-exclusive license of the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce the item of my work the buyer purchases for the sole purposes of photo showing or promoting a sale of the work. 

I RETAIN any and all other copyrights including, but not limited to, publicity photography, publication, use of original designs in future pieces, and any alterations to an individual piece as provided for in United States Copyright Law and the 1990 Visual Artists Rights Act.  VARA rights include the right to proper attribution and integrity of work.
